Vulnerable Sector Check

The health and safety of our players, coaches, officials and volunteers is a primary concern of the Mississauga Majors Baseball Association. Therefore, we require a Vulnerable Sector Check (Level 3) from all of our coaches. This check must be updated every 5 years. The Vulnerable Sector check fee will be reimbursed by the association upon receiving the proof of payment. Finger printing fees will not be reimbursed as they are provided free of charge if a letter from the Mississauga Majors Baseball Association is submitted. Coaches are asked to read the following instructions.

  1. Fill in and print off the Peel District Police Vulnerable Sector Check form found on the following link: https://www.peelpolice.ca/en/services/record-checks-and-suspensions-pardons.aspx
  2. Fill in and print off the Mississauga Majors Vulnerable Sector Check Request form  to submit in the event that fingerprinting is required. The fingerprinting fee will be waived if you submit this form.
  3. Assemble the required personal identification as explained in the link above.
  4. Personally submit your forms to Peel Regional Police 11 Division, 3030 Erin Mills Pkwy, Mississauga, ON L5L 1W8 (Erin Mills PKWY and Dundas). They are often able to process the application within 30 minutes (depending on their volume of work)

Please Note: The residency of the coach (e.g. Mississauga, Toronto, Burlington etc.) does not matter. What matters is that they are volunteering in Peel Region.
